This policy explains how WAVERONNE (formerly Consultix Wireless) handles information when you visit waveronne.com or contact us through this website.
Information you choose to provide
Our quote and support forms ask for contact details such as your name, email address and phone number, together with product interests, issue type and your message. The quote form also asks for job title and country. Campaign forms collect your name, email, company, country and, where applicable, your selected webinar session. We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, provide support, fulfil download requests and manage event registrations.
How forms are delivered
The website sends quote, support and campaign submissions to Formspree for processing and delivery to our team. These public forms do not save submissions in the website's PostgreSQL database. The site also has a sales-contact API that can send inquiry details through Resend to a designated sales inbox, with the submitted email as the reply address. We do not currently offer a newsletter signup form.
Cookies and tracking
Administrators use an essential session cookie to sign in to the content-management panel. It is HTTP-only, uses SameSite=Lax, is secure in production and expires after seven days. The Request a Quote page loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and advertising effectiveness. We did not identify a Google Analytics script in the current site. You can manage cookies through your browser and review LinkedIn's privacy and advertising settings.
Embedded and external services
Some pages embed YouTube videos using youtube-nocookie.com or Vimeo, display externally hosted video thumbnails, or link to externally hosted recordings. Loading or playing third-party content can share your IP address, browser information and activity with that provider, under its own privacy policy. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when those fonts load. The distributor map uses bundled map data rather than external map tiles. External download and social links take you to other websites.
Sharing, retention and security
We share inquiry information with the service providers used to deliver forms and email, and with team members who handle your request. Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to provide and protect the website. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your inquiry and meet applicable obligations. We use HTTPS and restrict administration access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Do not include sensitive personal information in a form. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion of inquiry details, or raise a privacy concern, email support@waveronne.com. We will consider your request subject to applicable legal requirements.
